Retention: Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years following the close of the enquiry, after which it is deleted — unless statutory retention obligations (e.g., commercial law — § 257 HGB, tax law — § 147 AO) require longer retention of up to 10 years.

2.3 Email and Phone Communication

If you contact us by email or phone, the content of your communication and your contact details will be stored in order to handle your enquiry and for potential follow-up questions. We will delete this data as soon as it is no longer required and no legal retention obligations apply.

This website uses Google Fonts, a service by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Fonts are loaded locally from our own server and are not loaded via a Google CDN. Accordingly, no data is transferred to Google when you visit our website for the purpose of font delivery, and no connection to Google servers is established.
